Two Week Check-In

I'm checking in to see if your order was delivered and see if you have any questions.  If you need a refresher, ask away!  Let me know how I can be of service.

Proper CARE of your Norwex microfiber: 

• YES to: rinse, washer, dryer.  NO to: bleach, fabric softener/dryer sheets, linty loads.  RINSE your cloths after each use, then hang to dry. Launder periodically with other lint-free textiles, using a neutral detergent. Not using Norwex Detergent? Look for a laundry detergent that is free of dyes and perfumes, eco-friendly and biodegradable.  It will be safer for YOU and for your microfiber!  
• Your Norwex microfiber can all go in the dryer, just stay away (forever) from fabric softener sheets or liquid. Use dryer balls instead! 
• If you happen to wash your Norwex with something you shouldn’t, or it gets excessively dirty, don’t worry: a deep clean will get it unclogged (soak in 1tsp Norwex Detergent: 4 cups very hot water). If you find your cloths are not smelling as fresh or feeling as soft as they could, add a splash of vinegar to your deep clean solution. We have harder water than we realize and it all builds up!  

Quick note on the Norwex Laundry Detergent: you really only need a fraction of the scoop that comes in the bag! The softer the water, the less you’ll use:  1/2 to 1 TBSP in top loader or hard water, 1/4 to 1 tsp in HE washer.   Start with less, and work your way up as needed.  Tip: mark the measuring scoop with a sharpie for the amount that works best with your washer.  Norwex Detergent is also incredibly versatile! HERE is a link to all of the other uses for our fabulous laundry soap.
