Hosting a Successful Norwex Party
Dear Party Host,
Thank you so much for hosting a Norwex party with me!! We are going to have a fantastic time showing your friends and family how fast and easy it will be to Norwex their home. I’m excited for the free product you’ll earn along the way as well.
In the next few weeks, you’ll receive a total of 5 texts from me. Those texts are tips to help you keep your party planning simple, but effective. I have also included all the tips in this document below. You can reference it at any time.
Tip #1: Pick a theme!
Norwex Parties are meant to be fun and social. A fun party theme communicates fun and social, not high pressure and salesy, to your friends and family. Here are some fun themes you can choose. Or you can choose your own too! I will make your custom invitation based on the theme you choose.

Tip #2: Take 5 minutes to develop your Guest List
This is a really important step that you definitely don’t want to skip. Take the time right now. Stop. Right now. Let’s do it ;). Here’s who you are going to invite:
You might be thinking “Why invite 40 guests, I don’t have room for 15!” Typically, only 20% of the guests invited will be able to attend your party, so it’s important to invite more than you anticipate.
Tip #3: Individually invite your guests in 2 ways
If your party is more than 3 weeks out, I recommend sending them a personal text or FB message telling them to “Save the Date!” About 12-14 days before your party, invite them in at least 2 ways. Remember, a personal invite is best. Nobody wants to be spammed. Everyone wants to feel special and know that you care about them as an individual. Here’s what you’re going to do:
Send them an individual text or FB message with the custom invite I create for you. Put something personal at the beginning of your message. Then write, “I’m having friends and family over for a [add your theme here] Norwex Party and would love to have you. There’s going to be a raw chicken demo where she cleans everything with just a cloth and water, and then swabs surfaces. I think you’d love it, and I’d really love to see you. Are you able to come?”
Individual/Personal ways to invite: Text, FB message, phone call, face to face. This method is most successful.
“Mass” ways to invite: FB event (I will create the event for you), evite, mass email. If doing one of these methods, please also do an individual/personal method as well.
Tip #4: Encourage your guests to bring friends
A week before your party, reach out to those you invited and encourage them to bring friends. When they bring ONE friend, they get a FREE PRODUCT from me. When they bring TWO friends, they also get FREE shipping.
**Special Note: When you have at least 10 guests at your party, I give YOU an ADDITIONAL $25 in shopping spree money. This is in addition to the Norwex host rewards.
Tip #5: 2-3 days before your party, individually/personally remind your guests about the party
We all could use a good reminder some days! Your guests will thank you. Send an individual message to your guests 2-3 days before your party that says,
“I’m doing final party prep and cannot wait to see you! See you on [date of your party]!”
I highly recommend taking a cute selfie with an excited face that you send along with that message. It’s personal and your guests will LOVE it! I promise. Seriously, do it ;).
